Finca Vipa (short for Vipassana) is a grand project waiting for someone with the right vision to appear from the ether. There is so much potential in the beautiful surrounds. There are many varieties of fruit trees planted, ranging from citrus trees to apple and apricots. And while the land itself offers a gentle welcome, there are no less than five different structures on the farm. We have two overground pools, a 35m2 almacen, a two story house and then a separate casita. The main house has 102m2 of internal space, divided in three bedrooms and a large, open plan kitchen and living room. Curiously enough there is a large bathroom, but there is located apart from the property, but it can be incorporated easily. And apart form this, there is a wonderful, covered porch of some 25m2 so it is a no-brainer to build French doors onto the terrace on the second floor and enjoy lovely views of the sea. The two ‘pools’ are of 5m2 and 13m2 each and obviously need to be developed. Then we have the almacen or barn, another 30m2 of internal space. Then maybe the jewel on the crown is the casita, completely renovated with love and inspiration, 25m2 done in natural stone and hand-made tiles, giving a slight flavour of what the main house could look like in its new reincarnation. There is a 26.000 liter capacity for water storage, divided into two cisternas that collect water from the rain. While there is a generator and 4 uninstalled 550w panels (included in the sale) there is no solar installation. The access is on a asphalt road and aprox 10km from the quaint coastal town of l’Ametlla de mar.
